Glamorous Giving: The Shopping Event That Keeps On Giving
Get your shopping bags ready as the number one charity shopping event Glamorous Giving is back again with its sixth edition – this time, bigger than ever before.
Brought to you by Singapore-based jewellery label Stones That Rock and in support of Singapore Committee for UN Women, Glamorous Giving will see 37 local brands selling everything from shoes to fine jewellery, ceramics to rugs and wine to skincare at slashed prices.
The two day event (September 6 and 7, 2016) isn’t any run-of-the-mill clearance sale. “We are very strict in our requirements for brands to participate; they have to genuinely mark down prices and offer serious discounts”, says Leah Lambert, founder of Glamorous Giving.
To get you counting down the days to some serious bargain hunting, we’ve selected 5 brands you shouldn’t miss, who will go gaga over their goodies, and the items that will definitely be in our shopping carts.
Owner and Managing Director of Zarabelle, Cherie Ball, is excited to be returning to Glamorous Giving for the third time. “The fair has a real spirit of camaraderie, and all the brands are incredibly supportive of each other. The range of sale items at each Glamorous Giving is fantastic and I expect there will be some amazing bargains during this edition.”
Championing independent designers from the UK, Europe and North America, Zarabelle stuns with a wide assemblage of hip and versatile handmade jewellery and accessories perfect for the accessory queen.

For vendors, it is very well organised, the atmosphere is nice and it’s wonderful that Stones That Rock, the organiser, pass on the profits and create awareness for the Singapore Committee for UN Women.”
