The crystal ball has spoken, here are the hues that will be pitched into the global fashion consciousness come next season.
In a sign of the times, the Spring 2016 palette gravitates towards colours that are calming, comforting and stable. Here, colour presents itself as a vehicle for escape, urging wearers to seek solace in the embrace of tranquil blues, natural greens and earthy browns. This is punctuated with fresh bursts of mood-inducing colour in the form of daffodil yellows and feisty warm reds.

A powdery pink best described as a soft blush, Rose Quartz is both persuasive and gentle, conveying compassion and a sense of composure. Pair it with Serenity or Lilac Gray for an unconventional take on the minimalist trend.
SERENITY (PANTONE 15-3919)
Weightless and airy as a cloud, Serenity sends us into a lull with its calming and comforting tones. By no means new to the fashion scene, pale blue has been earmarked as a hot colour for homes and interiors as well!

As its name suggests, snorkel blue is a maritime-inspired blue that evokes the fantasy of a scenic waterfront retreat. Striking yet still, snorkel blue shares navy’s wearable and classic appeal with slightly more energetic undertones.
